REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

The following policy applies to products purchased from amitamin.com:

If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your products in a damaged or faulty condition, you have the right to return them to us within 14 days from the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item if the order is unopened with seals intact.

The refundable amount will include deductions for discounts you received on your original order in proportion to the normal value of the returned item or items. Please note that we can accept the return of opened products only if they are faulty.

Returning items to us under our standard policy is simple. Carefully follow the instructions outlined in the section “HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)” below.

Specific rules, which apply to refunds of delivery charges are outlined in the below section on DELIVERY CHARGE below.

This returns policy does not affect the statutory rights of UK customers, which is outlined in section CUSTOMERS STATUTORY RIGHTS (UK ONLY) below.

If the contents of your amitamin.com package have been damaged in transit, you can return the products to us for exchange within 14 days of the day you took receipt of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK & International Customers: We will refund the postage charges incurred in sending your order to you (usually nil, because usually we do not charge shipping fees). We will refund the normal postage charges incurred in returning it to us, if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective. We will not refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge under any circumstances. You are responsible for those additional charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

If your order cannot be delivered for a reason beyond our influence (e.g. but not limited to: you are absent, you provided an erroneous address, you do not pick up the product from the nearest depot given by the courier or you refuse to take the parcel) and the parcel is returned automatically, we will deduct 10 GBP from the refund which covers the return expenses the courier charges us for the return way of the goods.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

You can return your order to us within 14 days of the date you took receipt of your order, unopened with seals intact, if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we can accept the return of opened products only if they are faulty.

Please follow the following steps to enable us to process your refund as efficiently as possible:
1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation, including the original order dispatch note.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS (UK CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Cooling-off period
Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the item's delivery to you. We cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been opened and the seal has been broken.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please follow the two steps outlined in the above section HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S), stating "contract cancellation" as your reason for returning your order. Please package the relevant products safely as instructed and send them to us with the despatch note so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

You should be aware that we have begun the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order and the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We will not refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You are responsible for those additional charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
