    We provide free shipping to the following European countries.:

    We also deliver to the following countries. However, shipping costs to these countries exceed €20, so we pass a some of this cost on to the customer. We therefore charge €9.95 for delivery and orders for total goods above €100 qualify for free delivery.

    We process orders on working days between Mondays and Fridays. Generally, we hand over orders to dhl Germany on the same or the next working day. If the order is received before 11:30 am a same-day dispatch is likely. You will then receive an email, which includes a tracking code. This code enables you to track the progress of your order via the dhl website.

    Please note that we cannot commit to an exact delivery time and date.

    Non-EU countries, for example Switzerland: At the time of order submission the bill does not include German sales tax (7%). Please note, however, that your local country’s sales tax (Value Added Tax) and other local taxes and import duties may be applied when you take receipt of the order. Unfortunately we neither influence nor forecast these costs. Your country’s import process can potentially delay order delivery for up to several days.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

    We use the latest technology and industry standard security solutions. Customer data is transmitted only using high-security SSL encryption.

    We never read nor save customer payment information such as credit card or account details. The data is held by your payment provider using their top security systems.

    Dispatch takes place using neutral packaging. No matter who will take delivery for the package for you, its nature will remain obscure.

  • RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

    The large majority of customers are very happy with our products. In case a product does not satisfy your expectations you have the right to return it to us under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Under UK law, you can return the items to us within the seven-day cooling-off period from the date you received the goods with the right to a full refund regardless of the reason for return. The good must must, however, be in the same condition as when they were delivered.

    Please note:

    • We will refund delivery charges to you as applicable.
    • We cannot accept or refund returns of opened or damaged items, because our products are legal classified as food.
    • When returning e.g. two monthly packs of a 3-month value bundle the volume discount does not apply. Return charges may apply for the return of a partial order.

    You can submit your order at our online shop at any time.

  • SECURE PAYMENT WITHOUT RISK

    Your purchase from us is 100% secure.

    Your payment is always insured via the Trusted Shops system. You are also entitled to refunds by your credit card provider and PayPal if the reason qualifies.

    By the way: In the years since the company was founded there has not been a single complaint via the Trusted Shops system and we will keep it that way. Should you experience any problems with the delivery or you decide to return your item(s) we will immediately return any outstanding balances to you.

  • STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

    You are able to track the status of your delivery by logging into the online shop at any time. We are in the process of logging information about payments and invoices in this area too. You can also track the physical progress of your order by inserting the tracking code you have received by email into the dhl website.
