Shipping to UK, Returns and Brexit

Dear customer from UK,

we would like to give you some compressed information on shipping, VAT and returns post  Brexit.


We continue to ship for free to our valued UK customers, even with the increased paperwork and freight expenses caused by Brexit. Shipping times are in the range of a few days (3-5), but they remain stressed due to high volumes following COVID19 related increase in overall parcel traffic.

Anyway, the most important item for a quick and hazzle free delivery remains that you enter your correct and full address.


You will always be able to return goods within 14 days after receiving them, provided they are in the flawless condition as we sent them to you.

Please note: if the shipment cannot be delivered and this is not our mistake, e.g. your address cannot be found, your address is wrong or you reject the parcel, the parcel will be returned to us. This is NOT for free! dhl and Royal mail will charge us for the return postage. Therefore, we will deduct these expenses (10 GBP) from your refund. The refund will be issued once the goods are back in our warehouse and reviewed.

VAT and customs

The UK VAT of 20%, like for the EU customers, is included in the price of the products. We continue to charge it to customers and file / pay VAT directly to HMRC.

Due to UK VAT rules, orders above 135 GBP net value would force us to exclude the VAT from the price, file different documents and then the customer would have to pay VAT and customs when receiving the goods. This is complicated and inconvenient for our customers and for us. Therefore, we do not allow orders to be of more value than 135 GBP net (appr. 155 GBP including VAT). For larger orders, please simply split your orders into two or more.
