Customer service and logistics

Please feel free to contact us and note:

  1. We cannot make any statements about diseases or your individual situation. Only the doctor or pharmacist may do that.
  2. We usually ship within 24 hours on weekdays. We will then send you the tracking ID and the invoice by e-mail. However, we cannot know exactly when the product will reach you.
  3. As a rule, the product should be taken once a day before or with a meal. If you have problems swallowing the capsules, you can open them and take only the contents.
  4. It is generally NOT possible to change the address once the order has been placed. In this case, please write to us anyway, in a few cases we still get the change processed.
