How to take it

Three capsules. One meal.

PMS Redux consists of two capsule types — one dry capsule (part 1, B-vitamins + minerals + plant powders) and two oil capsules (part 2, borage oil). Combined use over several cycles is the foundation.

Both capsule types at the same meal, before eating with plenty of water. The fat-soluble vitamins (D, E) + GLA are best absorbed together with food.

Sehr zuverlässig, schnelle Lieferung. Immer wieder gerne.

Ich hatte lange Zeit mit starker Übelkeit zu kämpfen, rund um die Uhr, sämtliche Ärzte abgeklappert immer mit dem Ergebnis „es sind die nerven“. Im Internet gelesen, zwischenzeitlich wurde die Übelkeit schlimmer, Appetitlosigkeit, Antriebslosigkeit , Nervosität kam hinzu, ich habe nur noch darüber nachgedacht wie ich den Tag überstehe, sämtliche Präparate ausprobiert, bis ich PMS Redux im Internet gefunden habe, nach circa 4 Wochen waren alle Symptome weg, nach circa 3/4 Jahr habe ich PMS weggelassen und es war alles wieder da, mittlerweile nehme ich PMS Redux über 2 Jahre und fühle mich super.

Nehme es noch zu kurz um schon eine Rückmeldung geben zu können.
