How can I save on delivery charges?

We ship our products for free to many countries. For other countries will not charge you for delivery on orders over €100 (£90). You can bundle multiple orders together to advantage of our triple pack discounts. Orders under €100 (£90) carry a delivery charge of only €5.95 (£4,95).

If you live outside the European Union (EU), your country usually charges its own VAT and import duty. You will need to pay these costs. E.g. the Swiss Post / UPS charges an additional service (recently CHF 18.50,-) and import duty is 7.6%..


Payment options and conditions

You can choose from the following payment options:

You can simply pay per credit card or PayPal. We will transfer your order to DHL the following working day at the latest. Fast and secure.

Advance Payment
You send us the payment via direct transfer instead of paying via the online shop. We will process your delivery as soon as the payment has cleared in our customer account.

I have made an order – when will I receive my products?

Every order is processed as quickly as possible, five days a week using our dedicated logistics center. You will receive and email confirmation immediately after you have made your order. Please ensure that the order confirmation email has not been filtered into your spam folder!

You will be notified by email as soon as we have processed your order and dispatched your package via DHL. This generally happens one working day following order submission and payment confirmation. If your order is made early in the morning we may dispatch it on the same working day.

We cannot provide you with a definitive delivery date, because the delivery services do not provide us with this data. If, however, there are any delays on our end we will notify you immediately by email.

I have not received the order confirmation email!

We automatically send an order confirmation by email as soon as we have received your order. Please ensure the email has not been filtered into your spam email folder.

If our order confirmation email is not in your spam folder, please get in touch.

I would like to amend or cancel my order.

We process customer orders very quickly. If you would like to change your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will not be able to change or cancel your order 24 hours after submission, but we will attempt to find a solution together with you. You are of course entitled to your legal consumer rights.

How can I return goods and receive a refund?

Our products are of the highest quality and are produced under tight regulation using the purest ingredients in Germany. The formulae are carefully researched, developed and optimised. Should you have any queries or concerns about the consumption of our products, please return the product carefully wrapped to our distribution center:

Please post the package together with the delivery note. Although not essential, it will help us speed up the process the order on our end. Please forward your bank details to us so we can refund you the cost for postage.

Please note: if you return a partial delivery we will refund the difference between the original order and the returned items. Volume discounts may therefore not apply to the refund.

Can you achieve the same dosage in fewer capsules?

amitamin® Products do not contain fillers, artificial sweeteners and colourings! Every single capsule is filled to the brink with important amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Using either smaller or fewer capsules is therefore possible only when physically less nutrients are used. Our products are based on highly effective doses of micro-nutrients so we have opted for a slightly larger number to keep the capsules small for easier swallowing.

What about safety and tolerability? Are there any side effects?

All our products are easy to digest and have been designed for permanent ongoing consumption. Please do not consume amitamin® M forte when suffering acutely from Herpes Simplex or fever blisters. When consuming prescription medication please consult your doctor first.

All our products have been tested for general traffic safety by a registered federal expert in Germany. Please follow the directions carefully on the packaging and website of each product. Please take the capsules with plenty of water and ideally before a small meal or snack.

Our products do not contain sugar, artificial sweeteners and are suitable for diabetics.

We source ingredients exclusively from non genetically manipulated plants. Our products are free of lactose and do not include artificial colourings or preservatives.

Although extremely unlikely, allergic reactions to food are statistically possible. If you discover you may have an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients please consult your doctor.

I have a question regarding composition and quality of your product.

amitamin® products are researched, developed and “Made in Germany” in accordance to strict federal law and industry standards.

You are able to reference the complete composition of each product on its dedicated product website. All our products are hypoallergenic, free of lactose and artificial sweeteners. They do not include preservatives, are manufactured exclusively of non genetically-manipulated ingredients and are packaged in cellulose capsules (rather than gelatine!). Each product composition is certified by dietary specialists and regulated and authorised by government authority according to federal German or EU guidelines. Delivery and dispatch takes places via our Germany-based distribution center and DHL. Please try us out to verify our quality premise.

Can I combine the products with other prescription medication? Can I consume it during illness?

If you take prescription medication or are undergoing medical treatment, please consult your doctor or pharmacist. He or she will be able to provide further information about your individual situation and potential side effects regarding effect amplification or reduction. Over-the-counter dietary supplements are generally meant to be consumed by healthy individuals and are not meant for treatment. As such they generally have no side effects.

What about the product dosage and directions for consumption / treatment duration?

The dosage and specific directions differ for each product. Please refer to each individual product website.

All our products are designed for ongoing consumption. They have been developed with long term treatment time frames in mind so no side effects are to be expected.

Can I combine amitamin® with other supplements?

Our dietary supplements have been formulated so that no further products are needed for the same purpose.

You can, however combine amitamin® M forte, our product for the dietetic treatment of erectile dysfunction, e.g. with amitamin® fertilsan M.

European law dictates that a dietary supplement must be formulated to exclude all and any health impairments, also following consistent long-term, ongoing consumption of multiple supplements. Nevertheless, you should compare the nutritional information of each individual supplement to avoid overdosing on any one ingredient.
